What I had for dinner...
I'm so proud of my husband. He finally learned how to cook delicious meals, thanks to our Palestinian friend. The ingredients are:
Meat (he's used chicken, beef and shrimp so far, but you could probably sub seitan)
green or red bell peppers
Heat the pan up, and add vegetable oil. Add in the chopped ingredients and spice to flavor.
You can serve this over rice, but I prefer it with quinoa.
